ROMANTIC PROPOSAL IDEAS IN NIGERIA WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK

1. A BEDROOM PROPOSAL: This is a very classic but intimate and beautiful way to propose to your partner. No outside noise, no unnecessary distraction. Just you and the love of your life. There are two pros to this that i think are probably just the best: if she says no, well there’s nobody to witness your heartbreak and if she says yes, well now you have another intimate moment to share and you have a room full of roses and smelling of love to enjoy.
   

Now if your woman is a public person and loves the paparrazzi of public proposals, then these options are for you:

3. A RESTAURANT PROPOSAL: You know how in the movies the guys would rent out a whole restaurant just to propose, well we’re not doing that here. I mean you can if you have the means to but if you can’t, a simple dinner date would do. The beautiful thing about this is you don’t have to do too much and spend a lot. You can make special requests to the restaurant and i’m sure they’d be willing to do something because who doesn’t want to be part of your love story. There are people around to witness this beautiful part of your life. You can even have family members hiding in certain parts of the restaurant or make it a random family dinner so family can be present. Whatever floats your boat. Have her favorite music playing in the background or if you both have a song that you considered yours. Set the ambience. But if you do it well, and you’re sure that she is in that place where she’s ready to take that step, then this is another beautiful option.

4. BEACH PROPOSAL: Obviously this already gives it away once she gets there but it doesn’t take away from the magic. You could have music playing in the background or if you want it to feel a bit more intimate, have somebody playing a violin or an orchestra playing both your favourite songs. Family and friends can be present or not. This can be both a private and public proposal but more of a public proposal except you want to rent out the entire beach which is not advisable except you’re a muli-millionaire, then go ahead. But we’re working on a budget here.

If your woman’s like me and wants a mix of public and private, then these options are for you:

5. PICNIC PROPOSALS: Now this can either be a public or private affair because it works for both a public and private person. You have two options, since it’s a picnic and it’s out in the public, you can have family members around and friends, or you make it just both of you in your secluded place. Either way, it’s in the public and you’re both surrounded by love either from people or from nature.

6. FAMILY PROPOSAL: Now this one can be a mix of all the other options above because as long as family and friends are around, it is a public but at the same time private proposal. The catch is, this is done in your own home or in the home you share together. You could organise it as a family get-together type thing or if somebody has something to celebrate that day, you liase with the person. Or even better, it could be yours or her birthday. That’ll make it even more special and memorable right qand it’s on a budget?
