Alright, let’s get into it, all ye love gossip mongers. 👀
1. Physical Touch – My Main Squeeze
Now, I’m no hoe, buuuut babyyyyy… touch meeeeee. 😩
I absolutely love being touched. And no, it doesn’t have to be sexual (though, hey 👀). Just hold my hand while we’re walking, while we’re sitting, even if we’re doing absolutely nothing. You know that subtle, “we’re in public but I want you close” kind of hand-holding? Yeah. THAT.
Cuddling? A must. Let’s just say I’m that girlfriend that wants to enter your soul. Like… where else should I be? My God. I’m too single to be running a love blog, honestly.
2. Words of Affirmation – Speak Love Into Me
I’m a writer, so this one’s obvious. I love words. But listen there’s a caveat: some men know how to weaponise words and whew… the deception? Top tier. 😮💨
But when it’s real when you say what you mean, when you write to me or about me or for me? My God. Take me to church. Or a garden. (Preferably a Garden or the Beach to be honest.)
3. Acts of Service – Thoughtfulness is Sexy
When you do something just because you know it’ll make my day easier? When you anticipate a need and handle it without me asking?
Come here, you big ball of soft, intentional love. Come collect all these snuggles.
4. Quality Time – Always, Baby
I want to be with you. Period. Every waking moment if I could. Not in a clingy way, more like, “You’re my safe place and I feel at peace around you.”
One of my fave moments in an old long-distance relationship? We’d just stay on the phone in silence, each doing our thing. It wasn’t even about talking it was about being together. That, right there, is intimacy.
(If you don’t get it… I don’t know babes. Maybe that’s why you’re still single. Heheeee.)
5. Gifts? Hmm… Not Really
I mean, I’m not anti-gifting. But I wouldn’t say it’s my thing. Maybe because I don’t have money yet 😭 (sponsorships welcome), but yeah gifts don’t move me like the other stuff.
