   Forget those ones who just wait for their turn to talk! A real green flag listens, like truly listens. They won’t be interrupting you every two minutes or checking their phone. You’ll have their full attention, and best believe, they’ll ask follow-up questions that just confirm they’re truly listening
2. They’re Punctual
   My dear, punctuality is respect! If someone can’t even show up on time for a first date, what are they telling you about their “word” and commitment? Arriving on time, or even a few minutes early, is a shining, glowing green flag. No “African time” excuses here!
3. They don’t trash their exes
   Okay, we hear you! Your ex was a witch. They broke your heart into twenty million pieces. E dey pain! But honestly, there’s a maturity that shines through when someone talks about their past without sounding like a broken record of bitterness. Acknowledging shortcomings with grace and showing that they’ve truly moved on? That’s a strong, steady green flag!
4. They Handle Minor Inconveniences Gracefully
   Food delay? Service is slow? Do they go into full “crash out” mode, shouting and causing a scene? A green flags ability to control their emotions and reactions would shine through. That’s emotional regulation in action my friend!! and to be honest we’re looking for someone who can control their emotions when things don’t go perfectly, not a “wahala for who no like wahala” type!
