What is it? What about love makes you so afraid? Do you need a crash course on what love should look and feel like? Because I’ll give it, if you want. I’d hold your hand and show you what love can be. But since I can’t hold your hand now, I’ll show you in words.
Love is beautiful. You’ve heard that a million times, but maybe this time you’ll believe it. Love should feel like home. It’s companionship, safety, and laughter. It’s me resting fully into your arms, and you finding space in mine. It’s the room we create where you can be your whole self, no masks, no restraint.
Love doesn’t judge your flaws; it stands with you while you grow. Love is joy and fire, intimacy and freedom. It makes you want to shout to the world, then curl up quietly in the corner together, just breathing.
Breathe, love. Breathe, because the love I offer feels like air — fresh, alive, unshakable. Breathe, because with me, love is both home and adventure.
I love you. Three little words that hold so much power. Three little words that, for me, mean I’m willing to wait. Because you are worth it — and I know I’m worth being loved by you.
